kalmnhad a dream last night where i was trying to explain to someone about how i felt about being a woman in a technical job. first of all, i put up with a fair amount of sexist shit. second of all, i love my field, i love the tech, and mostly i like the people i work with. and whoever it was in the dream was having the usual amount of trouble understanding how those things could both be true.
